That video (telling others to "Buy") and the subsequent DUMPING of 645,000,000 Shares (Yes SIX HUNDRED FORTY FIVE MILLION Shares) is the same thing as Insiders dumping their stock right before the announcement of bad news! In the normal world those characters are usually prosecuted (remember the case against Martha Stewart and the former CEO of Imclone?)!!
