correct me if Im wrong, but dont I recall someone (maybe TS) reporting that at some time in recent past MSFT and NEOM were having closed door discussions. I think I remember this...but its been a while.

If this is true, perhaps NEOM's activities over the last few months has been in conjuction with what they had discussed with MSFT.

Maybe Im completely wrong in my recollection...does anybody know?
