Regarding MicroSoft proceeding without NEOM, as in Mobot Technology. I am imagining that MicroSoft must come to the table to negotiate a deal with NEOM, sooner than later. Without some technology advantages that NEOM wants to use, it will cost MicroSoft just that much more to license with NEOM.

The argument that the HUGE capacity of MicroSoft to fight in court for ever, is off set by substantial law firms willing to work on Contingency on NEOM's behalf. Without cash flow strain for fighting MS, NEOM can build their revenues. The publicity with an MS court fight will only help NEOM.
MS risks encouraging Google or Yahoo or Apple or a Major Wireless carrier to jump into NEOM if they do not settle sooner than later.

A NEOM buy out is looking more likely to me. I actually could imagine NEOM retaining MicroPaint and selling the physical world to internet technology.

Those who laugh at the PUPS cash cow connection have not done their homework. MicroPaint is the catalyst for consolidating a HUGE industry of Auto Preservation, PUPS is an obvious means for NEOM to accomplish this and generate substantial initial and residual cash flows.
