As impatient as I've been at times

this is an incredible update with loads of new details and exudes a detailed geologist in his element dotting every "i" and crossing every "t".

Now we need our CEO to step up to the C suite and tap the needed expertise to negotiate the best deal available.

Just our luck, everything gets lined up for us and the market takes a 2-5k crash that drags everything into the crapper. It's not if but when.

I don't care about wooden stakes. I care about getting the permits, getting the money to start drilling. All that other stuff is just more bs to try to make things not sound bad. JB is the expert here and did not know about the process to get the permits, another delay. How can a deal be work out without permits??
There seems to always be progress except to the PPS.
