Allana is on schedule to get the project financed by Q4/14 or Q1/15. Please explain how you figure they will be insolvent within a year?

As far as I see, Allana has met ALL their milestones so far, albeit at a slower pace than anticipated. Timelines have slipped but that's to be expected with red tape / bureaucracy.
