Bankruptcy is a tool management uses to wipe away debt obligations and is a sign in my mind of crapy management that uses bk to rip off their creditors.
They could have ran the company different but they did not.
I'm sick of bankruptcy being looked at as this great thing in stock land.
Bk is what happens when companies are mismanaged.
Gtat is no different.
