yes they have an open door policy. you wont find out specifics on pr release date etc. it might take them a while to get back. i can imagine what all their going through now. if i dont hear back from mario by the end of april, i am going to call and see when i can expect my valves. i am supposed to have 2 earmarked for me as soon as they come in. im paying by personal check or credit card, whichever is easiest. i want to be their FIRST SALE. i might email mario and see if i can prepay to ensure this.
