That is exactly what is going to happen. It's happened every time the difference being there is always lower lows. There will be a runup prior to Nov. The longs will rejoice at the reversal. The milestone will pass and there will be a huge sell-off and slow bleed down to new lows because that's the way it's done here at TRTC.
