What does concern me is the price action that has historically occurred here on seemingly 'huge' news. After the previous permits, a supposed big catalyst which would ensure more revenue, resulted in a drop in the pps? Doesn't make sense. And now we sit here in anticipation for the nov licenses and I can't help but ask myself the same question, "what happens if we get the licenses and the pps drops again?"
