Ok, this is typical example of forum logic:

One poster says:

Teva refocusing research; I hope CVM is not caught up in this REFOCUSING.

Followed by another:

Maybe that's who is liquidating?

..and another follows with:

I wouldn't think TEVA is any happier with the 'progress' of the trial any more than we are

..and then the obvious conclusion to all this is:

No, I don't know if they even own any CVM but, if they quit having any interest in MultiKINE SHOULD WE?

All of this exists only in the minds of those quoted above....

Remember NOTHING is expected to be reported from this study until the end of next year or mid-2016...

Maybe investors just get bored waiting....no problem with that for those who were not informed of the inherent time element of the study.

BTW...Teva has a exclusive agreement with Cel_Sci to market Multikine in certain countries in exchange for a cash infusion and milestone payments to the company. They do NOT have a equity interest....

It wouldn't be a reason for me to jump ship; on the contrary I just took a nibble....didn't like the trading.

As I've been on sidelines for sometime; I did some thinking....
I really didn't think they would bring pps below $1.00 - especially for so long...delisting notice should be around the corner. I told somebody who held that I really didn't think they would play the same cards again....
But I didn't give enough weight to the fact the r/s brought in a whole new group of bag holders (who haven't heard this story yet) as well as funders (who haven't told this story yet)....

The trading based on watching and the action following my buy indicates that the seller is the funder. Any amount of money he can sell his shares for above what he will pay in the next offering is essentially a gain (or discount depending on how you look at it). CVM is going to sell shares to existing shareholders again.

The negative is pps goes down, down, down, IMO.
The positive is the seller believes in the concept enough to fund company again! OR they just like easy money and it's easy money...
