Decent logic... but.... if the arbitrator wakes up and delivers a favorable decision there would be both a pop in share price and a cash infusion and no need for an offering....
I hope our lienholders, bondholders and anyone else who holds paper on us doesn't take over and strip us shareholders of our pats. I bought a 1000 shares today just out of spite.
