Thanks to you, Blue, Leif and others. That is a remarkable statement.

I thought that, except for one or two beyond-hope posters, we were beyond questioning the honesty of the people at LBSR. Again I say, while almost everyone here is smarter than me about investing, the mining industry, charting and more, I have the accidental advantage of living in Tucson. After asking a number of people that include retired AZ Geo Survey employee, another geologist, friends of Dr. Guilbert and more, please rest assured that whatever other issues we have, integrity is NOT an issue. If you are still spewing that nonsense, you should not be here.

By the way, I think JB did respond to that question largely because he does understand many people are frustrated. In my 5 or 6 personal experiences with him, I always got the impression that he does care about shareholders--and is very appreciative of them.

Whilst that could be the case, it is the case that, to get into that group all offers needed to be pre qualified as well they needed to accept the terms to be pooled with others in that pool, as well they needed to agree that they were to be hush hush under an C.T., broadly speaking also that if they were to want out that too would be by aggrement to terms of C.T. As you mentioned the "pending offers" that does give us a different tone. My feelings on that are that they arent just shopping for entertainment reasons, but that they would be the ones closest to putting into the hat specific offers or the "POOL" at that point be fulfilled by dropping a letter of intent into the hat to be opened and negotiated at a latter date pending the seasons end of the bidding contract with NASEBA, which i think is the last of the year Dec 31st(?). I can only wish all of us well from JB&BOD to longs to NASEBA to the finalists, as LBSR has obtained the best possible geological research to present to all commers and also a drilling POA is a must prior to the phase 1 drill plan. It is likely that the "PARD" will be the "Drill Pardner". yours 2mm foeva!
