Really, ruffey? When did CMKX last have an annual meeting? Or RNKE. Where was the proxy to increase the CMKX AS to 800 billion? Where is the enforcement of USXP being two billion shares over its authorized shares?

Actually rruff, Nevada does not. The Silver State does not even have a dedicated enforcement agency. If enough shareholders with enough influence shouted long and loudly, perhaps the AG would look into a given situation. But it would have to be something very extraordinary ... and probably of clear political benefit to the AG or Governor.
