Hasn't LFWK proven it buying back more stock that was available in the float? Assuming their claims are true, this seems pretty credible evidence that NSS exists on a fairly large scale at least in LFWK shares. ie: Large enough that enough counterfeit shares were available for LFWK to buy the entire float while some random retailers still maintained their own stakes.
