it would seem to make sense. But I expect that they are waiting until the beta testing is 100% complete, the product has been demoed to the general public (TV..etc), they have financing or a partner and manufacturing facility in place so they can set a production start date that cements a delivery date to the stores in 2015 and nail down the exact selling price for the earpiece and all of the software packages that will be available.
Without all the components locked in, I would think all they could really advertise is "coming soon". It wouldn't be a good thing if it didn't. IMO

Remember, though, that they are specializing in the software of the brain-wave technology.

They are not the makers of the ear piece.

And, furthermore, the software is still in the late testing and perfecting stages.

Still, I understand your concern.

Perhaps they, like many companies, are slow to update their website.
