There is no evidence of dilution or toxic funding for either stock and yet the PPS for both were driven down to very low levels which was a major issue for me I can tell you.
AURC is a Pinky. Is the other one also a Pinky? Unless they report, you really have no idea what they're doing. Is the TA willing to keep investors up to date on the o/s, or has s/he been gagged?
More than a hundred mostly unsuccessful penny stocks have claimed their troubles are due to "NSS", but--funniest thing--not a single one has ever been able to prove it.
