pyct insiders caught trying to convert to commons... who would try to convert to commons????? the only reason is to sell/dump.
Do any insiders hold any reportable amount?? NOPE.

Proof enough for most investors to stay away from this scam.

Oh... and the toxic financing for BILLIONS of shares at UNDER .0001 is the undeniable fact as well... final nail in this garbage stock.
