I agree with you 99% on the below comment except for Walraths comment on the 4.5 billion in question and how it might hurt JPM. That shouldnt be her concern. That was kinda odd to me. imo

No bankruptcy judge in any bankruptcy court is the super-hero protector of ANYONE. THEY DO NOT REPRESENT ANYONE. Their sole purpose is to referee and guide the DEBTORS (who requested the bankruptcy) and CREDITORS to a POR they both agree to; in the case of WAMU, it included the equity committee.

A judge is an Officer of the court period. No different than you as a civilian and if you witness a crime you are obligated to report and you are not even a fiduciary. The mere fact this case was filed with I believe showing 24 billion in assets and 8 billion in liabilities and never changed along with her saying the 4 billion would hurt JPM if taken away says what to you? Not to mention so much more I will not even go into. This I of itself is bankruptcy fraud...is it not?
