Call the company/IR and ask if any shares are being issued or any dilution and the answer will be no.
And you can come back saying, well they are lying blah blah.. but let's get real.. The company has filed about 30+ filings in the last few weeks which cost attorney and filing $.. They are showing all forms of transparency and making sure all books are clean.

Anyone calling this a scam is most likely trying to scam you out of shares. VOIS is one of very very few penny stock companies that's been focused on one and only one business model and it's this technology. They have been telling us exactly what they doing when they doing it and everything is happening as they said it would happen.
They just unveiled a tangible headset that we will be seeing a demo soon.
IMO the reason for no demo is bc this particular show is for explanation of the product and what it does, what the potential is.. the target audience etc.. they only have a few minutes..
So the next show can concentrate on actually demonstrating it.
So all this dilution, scam talk is hilarious.
the very same ppl here yelling scam have told me directly how much they like the company.. however unfortunately they play dirty and flip and looking for best entry as possible.
