And all one has to do is read basic SEC rules or ask any attorney that removes legends on OTC stock after six months on any of the thousands of OTC stocks this happens for every year.

In the end it is still old news.

Holding period is for 6 months after purchase with reporting companies. I was thinking about the amount that can be sold during a three month period. For OTC companies they follow a 1% rule.

So, since nothing has been exercised yet, none of the securities can be sold. until the warrants are exercised and/or the debt is converted there is no issue.
