My mom just got hit on 6/13/13 for $446.91....Malibu Adventures LLC, 1290 N Palm Ave, Ste 100, Sarasota FL 34236
p) 813-436-5612 or 855-857-0956.... (EFT transfer) they had her bank account number and SS#, I handle her money because of other scams & others constantly targeting the elderly. If you google this company on their website they CLAIM they help with ID Theft and Medicare Issues and Medical Supplies? (a company that helps with Medicare issues, sells Diabetic Supplies and helps with ID Theft.....WOW) Malibu Adventures "sounds like" a travel agency..... www.malibuadventuresllc.com. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

My 86 year old mother-in-law was balancing her checkbook when she came across a check that she had no idea was made out. The first thing she noticed was that this check was out of order. The check was not an original check and was never signed by her. There was a phone number next to the Pay to the Order of: Malibu Adventures llc 855-857-0956.

She called the number and was told to expect something in the mail in one week and that she could cancel the order and get her money back. She mentioned it to me and I was skeptical about the whole thing.

I called and asked more questions. I was told that Malibu Adventures was an answering service for Med Savings Club. I told the operator that she never gave an authorization to have $443.61 taken out of her account. My mother-in-law denies giving anyone information such as her account number or routing number over the phone. The operator told me to tell her not to talk to anyone on the phone she doesn’t know.

I got nasty with her and she hung up. I then looked up this company and came across this website. I am outraged that a “so called” company can steal money from innocent seniors. I have called the Federal Trade Commission and filed a report with the NJ Attorney General’s office. We have also filed a report at her bank and are going to close her checking account.

That is incredible. Anyone who rolls the dice with stINCC best be careful. Any decent pop at all take your $ and run. Its had its run and done well. The handwriting is on the wall for just a bad ending here. Really bad. Wake up! Get too greedy and pay the price.
