Re dilution: this year, the O/S has remained steady, so there hasn't been any dilution so far. BUT, recent 'rumors' say that Marco is back in bed with (toxic?) financiers who have been given convertible shares that will be cashed in in Nov. Let's hope those rumors are untrue.
