True, Dell, HP and a lot of other visionary companies started in dorm rooms, garages, etc. However, one very important distinction is that they did not sell 5 billion shares of stock to fund their startups, i.e. they were innovators not con artists. VOIS with a market cap of 3 million dollars as of today can't afford a real office or one of those shared offices....you know the ones with receptionists, conference rooms, etc to kind of sort of make your company look legitimate. Last time I looked they were in the hundreds per month depending on what you need.
