After reading the terms of the merger I was wondering if that's even final either?
"Upon OBJE and its joint venture partner successfully completing certain milestones, which include demonstrating a launch-ready Android game, securing game imbedded brand sponsors and product placements, and raising approximately $1 million in additional funding for game development and operations, OBJE will finalize a definitive merger agreement to be brought before the shareholders of the Company, to consolidate the joint venture and the company’s joint venture partner into OBJE."
Not sure, but I don't think the million dollars was raised... Can the merger be reversed?
