I dunno....I operate from the assumptions that: A) Nobody wants the company to succeed and sell stuff more than the CEO and the salespeople, and B) Nobody is working harder to accomplish those goals than the CEO and the salespeople, so C) The non announcement of any deals has nothing to do with feelings, one way or the other, toward shareholders...such a conclusion just doesn't seem to make any sense.

Since the board members have minimal shares and they get their paychecks and free stock options under any and all conditions, why would they care about the shareholders? They have no skin in the game.

I don't feel disdained. I feel they have not made any sales and they are working flat out to get them. And that the reason they are quiet is not disdain but lack of measurable/publishable progress. The last guy tried to make us believe there was a pipeline. This guy doesn't feel like he is actively or deliberately misleading shareholders. He is just silent where there is no news.

But at some point you say, okay, I might have expected signs of progress by now. There aren't any. I guess they are struggling. The reason there is no news is because the demand isn't strong.

When he started, I reckoned I would give Solms the benefit of the doubt. Fresh start. But at some point, you reverse things and say, okay - it's up to Wave to prove it and not for us to be accommodating.

I kinda feel I was accommodating for a while. We've all given them a year to get their ducks in a row with little complaint. Now the onus is on Wave to perform.
