Clearly, whoever is in charge of selecting the adcom members knew of this conflict. That is a target right there.
Make sure you email me a copy of your complaint. I am going to add a few other issues, combine it with what you outlined and send it off to internal affairs in the FDA. I think this scares them, I will send you the response from Virginia. Although, she just tries to guide us to not do anything.
I will post my complaint to the EPADI members and see if we can get a few more to pile on.
We need to go after the GP-15's and below...go after their jobs based on the violations. That will get us some movement in the right direction. We still need to figure out how we can file a class actions against the FDA and individuals. I still think we can file a derivative lawsuit and just need to find the right lawyer.
