#16208 RE: DocMalibu #16206

The only thing I see wrong with that is if someone wanted to buy them for Pilus energy there would be no reason to have them sell Honeywood.

Honeywood and Pilus energy are two separate companys that for argument sake were owned by Tauriga Sciences... if someone wanted Pilus they could just buy that company and Taurgia could keep Honeywood. It would not have to be a all or nothing deal.

But if someone wanted to contract to have TAUG use Pilus for them and their needs, they may have said, "Look this is a million dollar contract...but we can not do it if your affiliated with a cannabis company." So TAUG weighed the options and said ok... we will unwind our deal with Honeywood so we do not own them any longer, but will keep a distributorship and licence deal with them will that work.

Thats my take on why this was done...to please someone who wants to use the Pilus technology...because they could simply buy Pilus and leave TAUG with Honeywood if they wanted to.
