Even you should agree that there was no evidence of dilution in the last quarterly report

Like I've said many times before, Q's are worthless in pink land period. Raising the O/S for quarter ending 9/30/2013 from 995 mil to 1.4 Bil wasn't child's play. This POS is done and shareholders holding near a penny will not see any of their money back.
