I don't think so.MERI,a MM,has been showing a lot of shares for sale at4.40 and now in the 3.50sVFIN always has bucket-loads.There are determined sellers.My guess is holders of Private Placements monetizing their investments.
The good news is people are buying these shares!!We need a catalyst,an actual sale to propel the stock.Hopefully,coming soon.
