They (consultants, financiers, insiders, pumpers, contractors, etc) are selling on the Ask... There is no need to push it lower if people are buying the Ask. Every time someone takes the offer down, they add more. This is the way it has been for years. Even when things didn't look so bleak. dump dump dump
When this stops trading, then the RS will come shortly after imo. They could drag this out for months. They might even be able to spread another rumor and move the Bid up a bit, but it will be short lived imo. Many of the buyers at .0002-.0003 will be (wisely) looking to take profits, before the inevitable.
Take the time to read the financials and history of this group. It is full of red flags... There is nothing here that will attract the type/size $$$ needed to save it imo. Only the people getting discount/free share and the occasional Trader makes $$$ here.
