First they lied about him not getting through the door. Then they said he was tackled just inside the door. As it turns out he over powered the female SS agent that was guarding the door and embarked on a self guided tour of a good part of the ground floor.

I can't imagine any usher requesting that the alarm system to the White House be turned off, because of irritating false alarms. Try Angie's List under "Fix alarm systems".
