I will aguree with most of what you have said.

You can expect that they will use the Hello brand and cross network it into Thedirectory.com and the rest of their domains.

But I would have expected to see the HELLO network mentioned in the TV ads with links on Thedirectory.com or perhaps they weren't yet ready.
