Only problem - he's NOT getting that money!

Baron should have several hundred thousand dollars in its coffers to grow the business during the last 6 months of 2014 generated from the equity it currently holds and is entitled to receive.

He is not getting one dime of that money, not now or ever. He probably isn't really owed the money, him and angel creating something out of nothing, matt pretends he will have several hundred thousand soon and angel says he's not paying it. Come january matt will have that built-in excuse for being broke and STILL NOT IN BUSINESS AND STILL USING HIS APARTMENT AS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS ROFLMAO
