to me the questions are:
1. can apple make a "watch" out of liquid metal without an agreement with swatch?
2. if it is not a "watch", what is it. consumer electronics, medical health device, jewelry ?
3. if it is not considered consumer electronics device, would apple have to negotiate a new royalty with lqmt?
4. if it is a watch, would lqmt receive any benefits from a swatch/apple agreement?
i have no idea.
