Why did you leave out the standard "Safe Harbor" words. It's a standard disclaimer so what is your point other than they are adding a safe harbor statement. Almost all PR contain them if they have attorneys that are keeping then out of court or delisted or worse (jail). There are strict laws regarding advertizing.
