Why did you leave out the standard "Safe Harbor" words. It's a standard disclaimer so what is your point other than they are adding a safe harbor statement. Almost all PR contain them if they have attorneys that are keeping then out of court or delisted or worse (jail). There are strict laws regarding advertizing. Please clarify your position for posting that in a deceptive manner.
