I don't see how you can say "constant dilution" as there has been virtually none in BMSN this year and absolutely none in RGBP. The additional shares issued this year were a direct purchase from a member on this IHUB board who bought directly from the company.

Other than the direct purchase there has been no additional shares issued this year in either BMSN or RGBP.
