Not necessarily - Government grants

For example, Germany, China, Australia all need solutions for CO2 production to grow their industrial base.

Grants start the industrialization process.

Also, money already invested in many of these hydrogen-based fuel cells would still be applicable if the companies they invested in switched to Mantra's fuels cells. The "fuel" in fuel cell changes but the names on the fuel cells (FCEL, PLUG) might remain the same.

Of course these companies would be licensing from Mantra.... :)

A few corrections,

"As progression towards revenue continues, pps will continue to increase."

MVTG already has substantial revenue, with Alstom paying MVTG to do advanced R&D work. $1/4 million in revenue and gross profit the last quarters of the recent 10-K just filed a few weeks ago.

The MVTG fuel cell vehicle is scheduled for show and tell this year, in December. 9-13 weeks away.

The MVTG-ERC LaFarge Alstom pilot plant is due for start up In January 2015, about 14-16 weeks away.

MVTG does not need Alstom's help working out any kinks, MVTG (and Noram) has the staff and staff credentials to cover that, if there are any kinks.

That is why Lafarge and Alstom, MVTG customers have partnered with MVTG, because of the MVTG staff and technology they developed. LaFarge has massive potential as a first customer, in the billions of dollars category, and Alstom (GE) has the world wide operations to take MVTG sales into the billions of dollars over night with their existing operations.
