I was told filing will be out by October 2nd. I'm assuming numbers are better than ever, but not sure who the sellers were in the past few weeks.

Sales should be up, but so are expenses. Normal for small growing companies.

My biggest worry is the toxic holder. There may be a few opportunities to trade CNCG prior to the crush near term.

The other concern is why the two big bosses quite the board? This is not a good thing, since they run the only operation that generates revenue. We may never know their true reasons, but internal cat fights are never a good sign for small companies (which needs all hands on deck).
