Late Reporting 10K submitted (if anyone is watching)

As they have done the previous few years. So there is no need for anyone starting rumors of any dire reasons for the delay.

As in previous years we should see the annual numbers in about 2 more weeks, and possibly the new assignments to the board.

I think the prior sales contract was listed in June so it may be possible the sales but not the cash shows up in the year end totals.
