What??? You need to ask yourself a few questions if you think there ever was a merger.

1. What happened to the other two mergers - (SKTO and Medical Greens) - (SKTO and AEGY). Plus, all of the mergers PRed since 2010 involving AEGY and SKTO.

2. Has the Alberta Securities Commission Cease Trade Order been lifted - if it hasn't then there can't be a merger involving AEGY.

3. Why would any Canadian company want to merge with AEGY - they haven't generated any revenue since 2008 - both SKTO and AEGY have been suspended by the SEC - AEGY has no assets that are worth anything for a merger.

4. What happened to the SimplePrepay Solution or Janes Card?

5. Dr. Charles Apel - the brains behind the Berkeley Bio CBD projects - resigned with cause.

There was never going to be a merger - the 06/20 press release was issued before opening bell the day trading resumed from the suspension - only to those that had to keep the dream alive believed the merger press release was real - everyone else just laughed.
