Potentially, but I would hope not after the debacle that was Targiniq and the FDA's stated priority for abuse deterrent opioids..... but one never knows with the FDA, hence my point.
ps: probuphine is going to be resubmitted in 2015 after conclusion of another Phase 3 trial currently enrolling and the odds of approval look substantially better on the next submission imo.
