The odd thing about the rulings on the two above examples is that the drug and delivery system designed to treat addiction(probuphine) was rejected whereas the drug that perpetuates addiction(Targiniq) gets approved....Funny how that works out huh????

Could that be an indication of what Elite will up against in the future?
