This is a pretty good article on explaining dual share structures. I have a feeling this may come into play. The class B shares could be retired but I doubt it.

simply put,they will sell shares to raise cash--how many remains to be seen. They are asking to raise the number of authorized shares to 60 million from the current 37mm. They can sell none some or all (probably not going to happen) to large investors (usually at a discount). This will create some dilution but may help us get on the Nasd, attract non-dilutive capital over time, attract many new investors. Nothing to fear, your shares are the same as today. others may be able to clarify a bit more than this. Hope this helps gltu
