I cannot wrap my pea brain around this, someone help make sense of this for me. If ACTC does a re ipo, does that mean that actc will have two sets of shares? one that we hold and another trading name/symbol that the re-ipo will be under? If that answer is yes, then which one would be smarter to buy? Do i sell the shares i own and buy the new shares under the re-ipo? Im so lost, i have a feeling like im about to be screwed. I know the company will do whats smart for the company, but i am not so sure about them doing whats good for us shareholders that have been holding for many years. I hope im wrong. someone please explain
Thank you!
