You're Welcome.. I hate it when I put out solid questions to many "easy to spot" VOIS Touters.. and never a quality reply that specifically answers questions I've raised... all one really needs to do with VOIS to realize just how risky an investment VOIS really is...
#1.. Look at the Chart as of the DAY that Kerry Driscol took over as CEO of VOIS back in the fall of 2012..
#2 Know that in less than One Year..(Fall 2012 to Fall 2013!) VOIS Diluted somewhere around 5B Shares while raising the AS twice within 3 a Month Period in 2013!
#3 Fall of 2013,, they performed a 2,000:1 Reverse Split.. and didn't even bother to construct a more reasonable Share Structure, leaving the AS at 5 Billion! Why wouldn't they.. they had enough liquidity in this POS to dump 5 Billion shares in about a year.. so they say.. let's do it again!
#4 already well over 630 MIllion shares have been dumped.. (I suspect the number is well over a Billion now with recent significant increases in trading Volume!)
Not keeping an EYE on and providing transparency with the VOIS Share Structure and regularly updating the Ibox here.. in my most sincere and humble opinion, is a crime in and of itself! Especially given the EXTREME dilution over the last coupe of years!
