There is some value to the listing,simply because it's cheaper to take over a shell company ,consolidate it and rename it than do all the paperwork to set up a new company,and 4 cents seems to be about the right price.
I think we're looking at a 10 for 1 consolidation ......kind of knocks a hold in the ringy dingy rah rah boys theory that dilution was good because it helped with the 'liquidity"....,course,they had an answer for everything
