#1567 RE: MasterBlastr #1566

Well the class action is currently stayed because of the bankruptcy meaning it can't go forward (against whai itself) until the stay is lifted. If my memory serves me, the class action was partly based on fraud of the agents (officers, directors) of whai. Fraud claims are not dischargeable in bankruptcy. So the stay could be lifted upon motion of the plaintiffs. But why would the plaintiffs pursue the matter against the company itself, if there are minimal assets to recover. Lawyers are working on a contingency, and they don't work for nothing. So the matter may just be dropped as to whai. The class action claim is unliquidated, meaning not certain, definite, or even established. As I have said before, the matter could be settled by shares or warrants, if there is any group desiring to see whai continue as a going concern who has the wherewithal to take out capsource. You sound like you may know something about Alda intentions. Do you have any information other than what has already been posted. I think Why stated he did not think Jackson would get the assets, but never elaborated. GLTA
