Checking in, and question for Speed -

Well we should know in about a week or so who wins the auction, and whether or not we have an investment. Or maybe someone throws a monkey wrench in the works and we continue in limbo, so to speak.

Speed, do you have a feel as to what would happen to the class action lawsuit if Alda and the consortium win the auction and take the assets under 363 ?
