Tough to know....
To me it still makes sense to reverse merge into Nanobeak UNLESS there are multiple contracts plans underfoot for the same tech that cannot fit under the umbrella of Nanobeak.
The Peters return seems good. Not cutting off the old guard, actually reintroducing them into the new company in similar roles. I would have to guess that he had stock in the former MSGI, like us, and would have wanted the program to continue to honor his stock, and wouldn't have re-entered the arrangement if his previous investitures hadn't been respected in some way.
Time will tell but the ship appears to be preparing to sail again, no question. It's easy to make appointments but these are happening pretty fast.
